Jak zdać egzamin?
How to pass an exam?

A, prawda. Otwiera jej indeks i wpisuje piątkę.

– -. .-. .- – ..- .-.. .- -.-. .- – – .

A military school. End of the semester, the first day of exams. Nervous cadets gather in front of the rooms, waiting for the lecturers. The last discussions about the material covered during the classes, class, hurriedly recalling the facts that you do not remember… In a word: a normal nerve-racking period at the beginning of the session, as on each university. The most worried are those for whom this is the first semester, the first exam. What kind of questions can they expect from this particular subject? Older students, who have already passed the exam in it, are very mysterious for some reason. They answer the questions with only a slight, wry smile. „You will see,” they say if someone is very stubborn and does not cease to insist.

Finally, the examiners show up. The freshmen take the appointed seats, open the sheets that are handed out to them. After a moment silence falls, broken only by the rustle of pages and quiet, as if slightly nervous tapping: the professor sitting behind the desk taps the pencil on the ladder. Every few strokes he raises his head and looks at the writing people. For a few minutes nothing unusual happens. Young people apparently do not pay attention to the behavior of the lecturer. After a while, however, one of the female cadets rises from her seat. Without a word, with a slight smile on her face, she puts a sheet before the man and hands him the index. What, already? Ah, true. A capable girl, quick to learn… One could expect that she would understand the command quickly. He opens her index and writes an A. Other cadets look at her now, surprised: only after a while does it come to them what it was about. The professor smiles to himself: Well, the „campaign” of the retake examinations will certainly motivate them to learn. Why could the girl be sure that she would get a high grade?

Answer

„Quiet, as if slightly nervous tapping” with a pencil on the desk is actually a message in Morse code. It reads: „The one who approaches me first will get an A”. Therefore, the cadet who decodes it most quickly can count on a high exam score.

Yet another riddle for the curious ones:
