What do you think, what is it?

Answer

This is the so-called shoemaker’s dog, an old tool used to pull off high officer boots from the legs of their owners. The heel of the boot was inserted into the front part (the one with the rounded indentation, on the right side), the opposite side being pressed down with the other foot. Then the foot one would just pull the foot out of the boot and repeat the action to take off the footwear from the other limb. Currently, this tool, in a slightly modernized version, is often used by people riding on horseback – to pull off the high boots they wear while riding.
