12 pomyłek 12 mistakes
Pomimo gorąca lejącego się z nieba tego letniego wieczora, bracia bliźniacy, Seth i Sky, pracowali. Pierwszy z nich przygotowywał się do korepetycji z języków obcych, których miał udzielić, a drugi pisał opowiadanie – horror. W pewnej chwili Seth otrzymał powiadomienie o wiadomości przychodzącej na jego smartfon. Przez dłuższą chwilę wpatrywał się w załączony obrazek, po czym przeczytał tekst pod nim. Wziął telefon i poszedł do sypialni brata.
– Sky, musisz to zobaczyć! – powiedział, uśmiechając się szeroko.
– Co tam masz, bracie? – spytał chłopak, unosząc wzrok znad notatnika.
– Monika wysłała mi zagadkę. Spodoba ci się!
Sky roześmiał się. Ich znajoma, Monika, uwielbiała zagadki i łamigłówki. Często wyszukiwała je w Internecie, a od czasu do czasu pisała własne.
– Jaką zagadkę tym razem dostałeś?
– Obrazek. Zobacz, ciekawe czy uda ci się ją rozwiązać. – Seth podał bratu telefon.
Sky szybko przeczytał instrukcje zapisane na górze ilustracji: „Co się nie zgadza na tym obrazku? Czy potrafisz znaleźć 12 zamierzonych pomyłek na nim bez sprawdzania odpowiedzi?” Przez chwilę patrzył na obrazek, po czym roześmiał się.
– Mam już wszystkie!
– Nawet mnie to nie dziwi, z twoją dbałością o szczegóły… Ja znalazłem tylko cztery z nich.

Despite the heat pouring from the sky that summer evening, twin brothers Seth and Sky were working. The former was preparing a language tutoring session and the latter was writing a horror story. At one point, Seth received a message notification on his smartphone. After staring at the attached picture for a long moment, he read the text underneath. Then he his phone and went to his brother’s bedroom.
„Sky, you’ve got to see this!” he said, grinning like a Cheshire cat.
„What do you have there, brother?” the young man asked, looking up from his notebook.
”Monika sent me a riddle. You’ll love it!”
Sky laughed. Their friend, Monika, loved riddles and puzzles. She often searched for them on the Internet and occasionally wrote her own.
„What kind of riddle did you get this time?”
„An image. Check it out, I wonder if you can solve it.” Seth handed his brother the phone.
Sky quickly read the instructions written on top of the illustration: „What’s wrong with this picture? Can you find the 12 deliberate mistakes in this picture without looking at the answers?” He looked at the picture for a moment, then laughed.
„I found them all!”
„It doesn’t even surprise me, with your attention to detail… I only found four of them.
